Xanadu 2025 Blue-Ray Update

If you have read the last blog posting, you will know about Kino Lorber plans to release Xanadu as a 4KUHD/Blue-Ray package. Welp, the release date is set as August 19. 2025.

The update now is the contents, or the "special" of this "special edition", has been revealed. You can read all about the details on KINO's website, but to briefly point out the highlights here:

There are MANY commentaries listed including one from director Robert Greenwald! Other highlights is a "2K" restoration of the 'Making Xanadu' TV special (I wonder if they got license to re-uses that Michael Jackson song), 5 TV spots and 17 (!?!?) radio spots!
