If you remember a couple of years (and a few blog posts) ago indie-rock legend Juliana Hatfield released ‘Juliana Hatfield Sings Olivia Newton-John’, an album covering many of Olivia Newton-John’s hits with a few album tracks. That collection included some Xanadu tacks; ‘Suspended In Time’, ‘Magic’ and ‘Xanadu’.
A couple of weeks ago, her label, American Laundromat Records, had announced Ms. Hatfield newest covers album, ‘Juliana Hatfield Sings ELO’’ and, yes, she covers some ELO tunes and, yes again, it looks like she is covering the Xanadu Spectrum with this release.
To the point, there will be a special limited edition single containing a couple of non-album tracks including ‘I’m Alive’!
